Description
Position Title: Coordinator, Marketing
Location: Burbank, CA
Reporting To: SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy
Summary
Legendary Entertainment is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-moving, highly collaborative Marketing team, supporting major campaigns and franchises including Dune, Street Fighter, and Godzilla x Kong. This high-visibility, high-volume role combines administrative and coordination support with hands-on involvement in brainstorms, project planning, and campaign execution. The coordinator will provide administrative support to the SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy (calendar management, phones, travel coordination, research), support the broader marketing and digital teams, and work cross-functionally with internal partners including digital, creative, publicity, and franchise, as well as external agencies and studio partners. This role is ideal for a proactive, reliable self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for entertainment and marketing, and a digital-first mindset.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a central point of coordination for the Marketing/Digital team, supporting multiple campaigns and initiatives across Legendary's film slate
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy and the marketing/digital team, including calendar management, phones, travel coordination, and expense processing
• Help keep projects on track by organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and following up with internal teams and external partners
• Support research efforts around audience trends, competitive campaigns, and emerging cultural moments to inform creative and strategic decisions
• Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively propose solutions to help the team operate at a high level
• Interface with studio partners and external vendors, helping to coordinate materials, approvals, and schedules
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and shared resources to support team efficiency
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong skills building decks in Keynote or similar
• Passion for film and all things digital
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality standards
• Professional demeanor and diplomatic skills
• Strong work ethic and collaborative team player
• Ability to be proactive and properly prioritize tasks on various projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency with top social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, YouTube, and Meta/Facebook a big plus
• Experience with Airtable, Figma, and Notion a plus
