Summary
Legendary is looking for a highly organized and creatively-driven Manager to join our global marketing team in a role that directly supports 193, a Legendary Company. This position will manage the development, approval, and delivery of a wide range of international marketing materials to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and timely execution across all channels. Acting as a central point of contact for territory teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. This position will oversee everything from presentation decks and key art to strategic campaign documents, sizzle reels, and screening materials. The Marketing Manager will maintain creative production timelines, track budgets, coordinate feedback and approvals, and ensure all deliverables adhere to brand and creative standards for 193, a Legendary Company. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role suited for someone who excels at balancing creative vision with operational detail and helps bring global campaigns to life with efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities
MARKETING & PUBLICITY
• Organize and track domestic B2B and public-facing assets, ensuring usage clarity and legal clearance
• Manage phased rollouts of sensitive campaign materials to approved territories, supporting localization and security protocols.
• Coordinate legal reviews and approvals for localized materials; deliver timely feedback to regional teams
• Serve as primary contact for territory marketing teams, providing asset guidance, troubleshooting, and schedule oversight.
• Draft and distribute international marketing communications, including release updates, embargoes, and campaign plans
• Support Postproduction with screening and festival asset needs; ensure timely delivery of theatrical materials
• Liaise with external vendors for international asset development and delivery
• Assist Publicity with festival, press, and talent coordination across global markets
CREATIVE
• Manage creative vendors to produce decks, key art, banners, script covers, sizzle reels, and other campaign materials
• Act as day-to-day liaison between stakeholders and vendors, ensuring marketing deliverables are met on schedule
• Lead internal review processes, consolidating feedback and managing version control.
• Maintain timelines and production schedules across all creative assets; ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand and legal guidelines
• Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorms, and brief development
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and priorities to leadership
• Oversee creative budget tracking, vendor costs, approvals, and financial reconciliation
• Anticipate and resolve production or vendor issues to maintain workflow
• Organize and archive assets with consistent naming conventions and delivery records.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, creative project management, or international theatrical campaigns, preferably in entertainment or media.
• Proven track record managing creative vendors and delivering assets across formats.
• Experience with international marketing operations, including localization, phased rollouts, and legal/brand clearances.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to track timelines, approvals, and asset versioning across multiple deliverables.
• Familiarity with campaign planning and supporting press, talent, or festival activations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft internal updates, reports, and leadership summaries.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues and adapt plans as needed.
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems like Box, SharePoint, or Frame.io for organizing, reviewing, and distributing creative files.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Acrobat, Photoshop, and Premiere) for reviewing and understanding asset specs and formats.
• Comfortable with video review platforms (e.g., Frame.io, PIX, or MediaSilo).
• Understanding of file formats and technical specs for key art, video, and digital assets across platforms and regions.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $69,000 to $80,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. Total rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Legendary Entertainment also provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, employee wellness programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, year-round paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, market demands and indicators, specific and unique skills or training, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The hiring salary range (amount) for this position applies to New York City and California.
