Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00

Summary
Legendary is looking for an Intern to assist its fast-paced People & Culture team. As a People and Culture Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives, focusing primarily on employer branding for recruiting efforts, internal communications with employees, events and engagement planning and execution, and comprehensive support of the internship program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development and enhancement of our organizational culture. In addition to working closely with executives and members of the team, interns will have the opportunity to attend guest speaker sessions, networking events, and screenings. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination of the internship program, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and event planning for interns.
• Serve as a point of contact for interns, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Help prepare for the next round of intern recruiting by developing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with university career services.
• Draft, edit, and proofread content for internal newsletters, emails, and announcements.
• Develop content for external communication channels such as social media, job postings, and company blogs to enhance employer branding.
• Help design and implement strategies to promote our employer brand both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the VP, People & Culture to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
• Gather feedback from employees to improve future events and initiatives
• Develop and distribute engaging content to keep employees informed and connected.
• Assist in managing internal communication platforms and tools to enhance information flow
Requirements
• Must be enrolled in college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/summer) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
• A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality content
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
• Enthusiastic about fostering a positive workplace culture and improving employee engagement
