Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant supports the President of Television & Digital Media at Legendary Television. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for organization, attention to detail and polished demeanor interacting with executives at all levels.
Responsibilities:
• Provides support for President of Television & Digital Media for Legendary Television
• Manage all scheduling and calendar for executive
• Schedules all department meetings
• Coordination with various other departments including offices of the CEO and Vice Chairman
• Develops and maintains databases, distribution lists, mailing lists and filing systems
• Handles travel arrangements, reservations, etc. on behalf of the President
• Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
• Ability to work well with executives, staff members, talent, and visitors
• Submit expense reports and purchasing requests
• Prepare presentations for internal/external meetings
Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 2+ years supporting an executive in an administrative capacity in Agency or Studio
• Demonstrated proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate overtime as needed
• Experience building and maintaining filing systems and organizing and maintaining large amounts of data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone etiquette
• A self-starter who is able to work both independently and function well within a team
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential
• Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
• Demonstrated proactive problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities
• Ability to recognize a need and take ownership of its completion
• Strong passion for Television and a willingness to learn
