Personal assistant / House manager position, Lawrence Bender

Producer Lawrence Bender is seeking an experienced personal assistant to start immediately, working from Mr. Bender's home office. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills, clean driving record and knowledge of the Los Angeles area. This is not a creative or production position. While reading scripts and doing coverage is highly encouraged and the personal assistant is often asked to participate in overnight or weekend reads, the job is firstly personal and house duties as well as administrative. The personal assistant works closely with the executive business assistant and other executives in the company. Salaried position, no overtime, medical benefits provided.

Duties include:
· handling personal schedule for Mr. Bender and his 10-year-old son
· travel arrangements
· office duties (which includes rolling calls, appointment setting, managing expenses)
· house management duties (which includes coordinating outside vendors and full time housekeeping employees)
· event and party planning for Mr. Bender
· weekly grocery shopping
