Temporary Administrative Assistant
Boutique entertainment law firm in Century City is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to assist our staff from July 1st until August 2nd. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment and have stellar organization skills. The firm's clients include film and television studios and production companies, financiers, actors, producers, and executives.
Approximate Duties:
• Answer phones and check voicemail, schedule calls and meetings and maintain phone logs.
• Create, format and edit correspondence and other written materials including agreements, letters, memos, cover sheets, and other legal documents.
• Redline and version comparison of agreements.
• Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and scanners.
• Order office and kitchen supplies, office lunches and provide other various personal assistant-type services.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects and other duties, as requested.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong project management, time management, and long-term planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and reasoning skills.
Schedule: M-F; 9am - 6pm
