Intern - Comedy Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Part-Time Internship Spring/Summer 2021. Mid May through August

Join Laughing Buddha Comedy's production team by working with owner and founder Jeff Lawrence. Laughing Buddha Comedy is a community of comedians, and NYC's leading producer of open mics, new talent shows, and home of the Laughing Buddha Comedy School.

We are looking for interns for our Fall session, both live and virtual. Candidates should have a flexible schedule, a passion for comedy, and be proficient in social media marketing and promotion. Helpful, but not necessary skills include Photoshop, Squarespace, Final Cut, email marketing, and Google Drive, and familiarity with Apple and IOS.

While we are interviewing and hiring virtually, but our priority is with people residing in NYC that can attend live events. Approximately 8 hours a week. Occasional evening and weekend availability is a plus as well. There is a chance for paid work upon successful completion of the internship
