Team Attendant / Practice Player

This is a Full Time Job

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Team Attendant/Practice Player will assist basketball staff, front office staff, and trainers. They are responsible for the procurement and maintenance of practice operations as well as participation in daily practices with the Las Vegas Aces.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Assist with various duties during all home preseason, regular season, and playoff games and practices.
• Participate as a practice player during practices.
• Responsible for all pre-game locker room and courtside set-up of game equipment.
• Responsible for all post-game locker room and courtside tear down.
• Responsible for safe transportation of visiting team luggage to visiting team vehicle.
• Provide support for WNBA officials as required by WNBA.
• Replace and stock refreshments in a timely manner.
• Perform assigned courtside game duties (i.e. Drinks, Towels, Rebounding, etc.).
• Keep facilities presentable in a timely manner.
• Participate in practices with any services needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule consistently (practices 11am-1pm and night games).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the arena and practice facility.
• Must be responsible and mature.
