Larry Levinson Productions is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic contract administrator to help our television business and legal affairs team. The successful candidate will have experience with the deal making process in the entertainment industry. Good working knowledge and comfort processing all guild (DGA, SAG, WGA) paperwork. Ability to proactively review and evaluate contractual obligations in agreements and deal memos for all ATL. Prepare payment authorizations and payment schedules. Upload and digitally file all documentation as it relates to each project and/or client. Support the business and legal affairs team with any and all projects, big and small.
Qualifications
• 4 year college degree or equivalent industry specific experience
• 2 years work experience in a relevant role (deal-making in television and legal agreements) within the Film/TV/Entertainment production industry a must
• above average working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and redlining skills a must (will be tested)
