Paid Intern - Talent Agency

Part Time Paid Internship
LA Models is looking for an intern to work closely with the receptionist and assist the agency on various ad hoc tasks. This position is responsible for keeping the agency tidy, well-stocked, greeting guests, and occasionally answering the phone. You will cover the receptionist when she goes on lunch.

Must be able to start ASAP. Please note that this is NOT a remote position. Must be able to work from our office in Los Angeles, 2-3 days a week from 9am-5pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering and handling incoming calls
- Greeting incoming guests
- Keeping office and kitchen supplies stocked and reordering when necessary
- Misc. office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
-Previous agency experience preferred
-Interest in the modeling/fashion industry
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
-Be eager to learn, take initiative, be intuitive
-Must be incredibly RELIABLE, detail-oriented, organized and have a professional attitude
