Front Desk Receptionist

This is a Full Time Job

We are looking for a full-time front desk office receptionist. (Looking to hire ASAP)
Qualifications:
· Education: College or High School Diploma - REQUIRED
· Basic computer knowledge and appropriate software proficiency, good typing ability.
• Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
• Should be skillful in Microsoft office package, telephone communication, listening etc.
• Excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Advising and accommodating in-office visitors, greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Maintenance of office common areas including lobby, restrooms, front desk, kitchen & conference room.
Shipping and receiving employee and client mail/packages.
Stocking and conducting inventory of office & kitchen supplies.
Report to the office
We need someone with reliable transportation, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently.
We are looking for someone that can be available every day, doesn't have other obligations in their life that prevents them from showing up on time.
Business Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm
