Executive Assistant/Office Manager
LA Model Management is a well-established modeling agency based in Los Angeles, CA. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO who will also act as the Office Manager and help with the daily operations of the agency.
Must be able to start by January 1st.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Assisting CEO/President with day to day tasks including: booking international travel, scheduling meetings, expense reports, etc…
-Office Manager duties including corresponding with vendors and maintaining property
-Answering phones
-Filing / data entry
-Running errands out of office
-Assuring the day to day needs of the CEO are being met and that office operations are running smoothly
Qualifications:
-previous Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager experience preferred
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
-Be eager to learn, and take initiative
-Must be incredibly RELIABLE
-Attention to detail and organization is a MUST
-Professional attitude
