Job Title: KTLA Account Executive
Job Description
The Sales Account Executive generates advertising revenue primarily through developing new prospects and selling potential clients the merits of KTLA's digital/linear advertising.
• Experience in digital marketing (omni channel multi-platform, with a focus on Video, Display, social media, or email marketing (typically 1-3 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or other marketing platforms.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals.
• Establishes credible relationships with the local business community.
• Proactively identifies and develops new business opportunities.
• Top priority to develop new business using all platforms.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations to clients.
• Support/advise customers in specific types of advertising and how we can help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
• Provide clients with information regarding rates for advertising placement in all media.
• Work with clients and station personnel to develop media campaigns
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
• Digital marketing expertise (OTT, Display, social media, email marketing)
• Experience with Freewheel and Google ad manager a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Minimum one year's experience in sales, preferably in the media field
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Solution oriented
Compensation - $70,000 + commission
