We're seeking an ambitious Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This role touches every part of the business and is a great opportunity for anyone looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive startup environment.
While Knowable is a fully remote company, Los Angeles-based applicants are strongly preferred for this position.
What you'll do:
• Support the Content, Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams on a variety of projects, including market research, copywriting, graphic design, social media management, customer support, user research, and more.
• Provide administrative support to company executives.
• Contribute to the implementation of workflow standards and best practices as the organization scales.
• Monitor social channels for action items and handle inbound customer support messages in a timely manner.
• Manage internal database of company information and assets.
What you have:
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Innate sense of urgency and ability to self-direct.
• Ability to thrive in a sometimes amorphous environment and adapt quickly to sudden changes.
• Ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of disparate responsibilities and information.
• Ability to receive and run with specific direction and take initiative to provide creative alternatives.
• Strong attention to detail in all areas.
• Mastery of G Suite, Buffer, and Keynote.
Bonus:
• Previous experience at a startup or agency.
