We're seeking an ambitious Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This role touches every part of the business and is a great opportunity for anyone looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive startup environment.
While Knowable is a fully remote company, Los Angeles-based applicants are strongly preferred for this position.
What you'll do:
- Support the Content, Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams on a variety of projects, including market research, copywriting, graphic design, social media management, customer support, user research, and more.
- Provide administrative support to company executives.
- Contribute to the implementation of workflow standards and best practices as the organization scales.
- Monitor social channels for action items and handle inbound customer support messages in a timely manner.
- Manage internal database of company information and assets.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Innate sense of urgency and ability to self-direct.
- Ability to thrive in a sometimes amorphous environment and adapt quickly to sudden changes.
- Ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of disparate responsibilities and information.
- Ability to receive and run with specific direction and take initiative to provide creative alternatives.
- Strong attention to detail in all areas.
- Mastery of G Suite, Buffer, and Keynote.
Bonus:
- Previous experience at a startup or agency.
- Strong interest in audio, education, news, and journalism.
- A finger on the pulse of popular culture.
