DESCRIPTION:
This is a fully remote role. Must be based in ''film hub''. Los Angeles is preferred but will consider New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Atlanta.
The Role
We're seeking a Head of Sales to lead strategy and execution for ScreenKey. You'll own the full sales cycle, drive adoption across studios, distributors, and sales agents, and represent KINO at film markets and festivals. This role is best for a sales leader with strong entertainment ties and SaaS experience.
Responsibilities
• Lead and execute sales strategy
• Manage enterprise-level deals with studios, distributors, and sales agents
• Build sales ops, CRM, and processes
• Represent KINO at global industry events
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops teams
Qualifications
• 7+ years in sales, 2+ in leadership
• Strong entertainment network (distributors, studios, sales agents, post teams)
• Proven B2B SaaS sales success
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
• Comfortable in startup environments; willing to travel for festivals, markets, etc.
