Seeking cast and crew for the 2020 season of King Richard's Faire, THE New England Renaissance Festival. The Faire seeks cast and crew for the entire season, running weekends and Monday holidays from September 5th through October 25th in the enchanted woods of Carver, Mass.
Auditions will be held at the Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at Boston Center for the Arts (527 Tremont Street, Boston) on Saturday April 25, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. OR Sunday, April 26 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. with callbacks from 6-9 p.m.
Please audition for:
Village Cast Members, including a free four-weekend theatre training program
Early Music Musicians: all types, including but not limited to trumpeters, violinists, bagpipers, drummers, Celtic bands, and keyboardists
Acrobats, jugglers and stilt walkers
Street performers
Singers and dancers
Specialty acts
Actors and actresses
Musical comedy performers
Entertainment staff
Actors and singers must prepare one monologue and two contrasting songs to be performed acappella. Please bring a current photo and resume if available.
Walk-ins welcome on a space-available basis; appointments preferred. Visit our website for Faire information.
