Kin is looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator who is experienced, creative, and able to create engaging content across our social media channels as we continue to build the presence and community for all of our owned shows.
The ideal candidate has a passion for women's lifestyle content, proven experience in content creation, a good understanding of the digital landscape, a creative and strategic mind, and the ability to be self-directed, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
What You'll Do:
- Shoot, edit, and create social content for Kin's shows including but not limited to promotional images and videos, thumbnail images, boomerangs, Reels, behind-the-scenes imagery, and other ancillary content.
- Project manage the collection of assets on-time launch.
- Perform always-on community management to build and nurture social communities - responding and engaging with fans in real-time.
- Create tonal documents and maintain an authentic social voice for Kin's shows.
- React to real-world events and milestones by creating timely video and graphical content for appropriate social channels.
- Suggest and implement social content ideas that drive growth and engagement.
- Assist with the management of weekly and monthly social programming calendars.
- Stay up-to-date with current pop culture and social media trends.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-2 years working in the digital space.
- Experience in photography, videography, editing, and content creation for social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for visually appealing content.
- Acute awareness of social best practices for each platform as well as real-time trends.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience with media editing software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc).
- Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
