Job: Executive Producer
Reports to: Director, Talent and Programming
Location: Remote (Kin is based in Los Angeles)
In partnership with a major media company and Kin, the executive producer is responsible for overseeing the creative development, casting, production, and post production of multiple food digital series.
This is a freelance position with a weekly rate of $2000-2500 based on experience. Potentially through the end of 2023.
What You'll Do:
The EP is expected to lead creative development of a new digital channel that will feature both food focused talent led shows and original formats.
Must have experience working with talent. The EP will establish a strong creative partnership with talent. Expected to brainstorm initial show creative and episode concepts with talent that's organic to them and also appealing to a digital audience.
Participate in a creative deep-dive with talent and internal team to finalize creative and establish production, post-production, and distribution processes.
Surface new talent ideas for talent led shows and formatted series.
Maintain an awareness of digital video (YT, FB, TikTok, Instagram) to stay on top of current digital trends.
Help hire and onboard new producers for each show. Must ensure that all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production are moving accordingly.

What You Have:
5+ years of experience as an executive producer with digital experience in the food space
Experience managing multiple producers on multiple digital shows
A track record of delivering high quality, high performing digitally native content
