Summer Intern - Development

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Killer Films is currently accepting applicants for our Summer 2026 Internship. We are looking for self-motivated, good-hearted, and hard-working problem solvers with a passion for independent cinema. Willingness, smarts, and attention to detail are critical. If you want to prove your stripes, this is your chance.

With access to the gritty underbelly of independent producing, you'll be part of a small, yet busy operation. We have projects in every stage of production that requires our (and your) care. Opportunities/responsibilities include reading scripts, writing coverage, and various administrative tasks. Above all, we offer first-hand exposure to the daily mechanics of running a production company.

Interns must make a 2 to 3 day per week commitment (start date is flexible, but will be targeting the week of 5/26). This internship is in-person in New York City. You must be enrolled at an accredited university to be eligible for this position.
