Leading Live Events company based in Los Angeles seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market leading, innovative live events. We are looking for someone with a passion for assisting the growth of a company through excelling at administration and helping manage the CEO's time and activities. This is a long-term EA position.
Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing the most time sensitive matters
Arrange travel itineraries for CEO and wider team
Manage and field phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately take messages
Complete monthly expense reports
Assist production and development teams as needed, such as making reservations, making purchases, and research
Office management responsibilities, such as ordering supplies for the building and responding to needs of tenants
Recommended Qualifications:
3+ years in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
Background in entertainment, agency experience preferred
Bachelor's degree
Self-starter who is able to work independently.
Extremely detailed oriented and strong problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
