Kerner Entertainment, a FILM/TV production company founded by Jordan Kerner (CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG, SMURFS 1-3, MIGHTY DUCKS 1-3, CHARLOTTES WEB, FRIED GREEN TOMATOES, LESS THAN ZERO), is looking for a highly motivated intern to start for the Fall semester of 2021. Interns are exposed to daily operations at a very busy Film and TV production company - the front lines of script development and production. While duties typically included administrative tasks, due to the ongoing pandemic, this internship will more than likely operate remotely (pending restrictions). Even so, interns will still have the ability to sit in on video conference calls with writers and producers as well as help with creative support on script coverage, research, and more. Pleasant, go-getting attitude desired as well as an ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. As the company continues working remotely, a highly self-motivated candidate is preferred. No task too small and a willingness to learn is a must. Great exposure to the development and production worlds as well as strong mentorship. Candidates should be able to meet (virtually) 2-3 days/wk now until the end of the semester (~Dec 10th). Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
