Junior Social Media Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media who is excited to work with an exciting portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts for multiple client brands.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with each client's brand voice.
• Design graphics, Stories, Reels, and carousel posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit short-form video content for social media.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Monitor engagement and assist with community management.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate closely with our PR, influencer marketing, and events teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Attend client events, influencer activations, and photoshoots to capture social content when needed.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience managing social media for brands or within an agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience working with beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing.
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
