Entravision Denver has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Assistant. If you would like to work in the exciting business of television and radio sales, this could be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
• Entering orders received from our national advertisers
• Communicating with National Reps and agencies regarding makegood availabilities
• Understanding ratings points and under delivery
• Regular communication with the National Sales Manager, with national agencies, and with other station departments
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• A high level of organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2-3 years' experience with WideOrbit & Sales Force
• 1-2 years' experience with Station Portal, Media Life
• 1-2 years in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• Good knowledge of Spanish and Hispanic culture a plus.
