KB Consulting is looking for a full-time Assistant based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in the influencer and content creation environment. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and creative, and who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and scheduling
• Helping manage emails, communications, and organization
• Supporting content shoots, filming, and editing assistance
• Assisting with content planning, uploads, and general creator support
• Running miscellaneous personal assistant and operational tasks as needed
• Helping keep projects, deadlines, and deliverables organized
Ideal candidate:
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Familiar with social media, content creation, and influencer culture
• Basic editing/content experience is a plus
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation
