Full Time Job
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue & Innovations Officer, and Chief Legal Officer. This individual must be a skilled administrator who is able to provide support to several C-Suite Executives in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: calendar arrangement, communication management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, exhibit interpersonal and technical skills as well as maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.
Accountabilities:
• Organize, manage, and coordinate executive calendar, engagements, and travel schedule, such as flight and hotel arrangements
• Coordinate with other Executive Assistant(s) for various meetings and events that include high-level personnel
• Must always display exceptional communication and customer service to stakeholders of the Royals organization
• Prepare internal and external correspondence including meeting minutes, agendas, presentations, and materials
• Efficiently assist in prioritizing deadlines and other matters that may arise
• Must exhibit detail-oriented behavior with extreme attention to detail
• Possess ability for creative problem solving and to collaborate with others
• Communicate directly and on behalf of executives with all members of the Royals organization
• Must have flexible schedule, particularly during Spring Training and Major League Baseball season
• Others duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably within Business Administration or Communications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as EA to a C-suite or similar level professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom and similar video meeting platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Team player with emotional maturity/emotional intelligence and ability to be effective independently
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Evening hours required from time to time, primarily in baseball season
• Knowledgeable about baseball and possess liking for the sport/industry
