Intern - A&R

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Scouting: Assist in identifying and researching potential new artists across various platforms, including social media, music streaming services, and live events.
• Artist Relations: Support the A&R team in building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, managers, and other industry professionals.
• Music Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of new music submissions, providing feedback and recommendations to the A&R team.
• Market Research: Conduct research on current music trends, competitor activities, and emerging genres to inform strategic decisions.
• Project Support: Assist in the coordination of artist development projects, including recording sessions, promotional activities, and live performances.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or completed college degree preferred
• Strong passion for music and a keen interest in the genres represented by K Luv Culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with music streaming platforms.
• Previous experience in the music industry or a related field is a plus.
