Internship Start Date/Season: Fall 2025 - September 8, 2025
Internship Duration: 12-15 weeks (September - December 2025)
Time/Days Required: 6-10 hours per week Includes 1-2 virtual team or one on one meetings weekly (30-60 minutes total)
Flexible schedule Monday-Friday Optional weekend availability for live event support
Workplace Location Requirements:
Interns must have:
A laptop or desktop computer (mobile phone alone is not sufficient)
Reliable internet connection
Access to Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
A quiet space for video meetings (camera must be on for clients only)
What You'll Do:
• Coordinate booking logistics and artist scheduling using Google Workspace
• Conduct lead research and maintain talent databases
• Assist with email outreach and CRM updates
• Prepare contracts, deal memos, and booking documents
• Support social media efforts, campaign development, and content strategy
• Participate in team calls and occasional local event support (optional)
Requirements:
Candidates must be U.S.-based and legally eligible to work, with access to a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection. Proficiency in Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and Canva is essential. Ideal applicants possess strong self-management skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for learning the entertainment industry while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
