Internship Start Date/Season: Summer 2026 - May 4, 2026
Internship Duration:12-14 weeks (May - August 2026)
Time/Days Required: 8-10 hours per week
Workplace Requirements: 1-2 virtual team meetings weekly (30-60 minutes total)
Flexible schedule Monday-Friday; optional weekend availability for live event support
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day agency operations and administrative workflows
Coordinate artist bookings, calendars, and scheduling logistics
Conduct industry research (venues, promoters, brands, media contacts)
Assist with CRM management, lead tracking, and outreach pipelines
Prepare contracts, deal memos, and booking documentation
Support marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and content planning
Assist with artist relations, onboarding, and communication support
Participate in team meetings and contribute to campaign and growth strategy
Meet weekly outreach and research targets aligned with assigned territory and track
Execute tasks across structured phases including research, outreach, and deal support
