rtist Management- Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Artist Management- Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations and schedules of JYP America artists in Los Angeles. This role will involve coordinating various events, appearances, and performances while ensuring seamless communication and execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Artist Schedule Management:
Oversee and manage the daily schedules of JYP AMERICA artists, ensuring all appointments, performances, and appearances are organized and executed efficiently.
• Event Coordination & Participation:
Handle booking and coordination for appearances, events, and broadcasts, ensuring artists are prepared and on schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for on-site event and show coordination.
• Transportation & VIP Support:
Ensure the timely arrival and safe transport of artists to and from various events, including driving the artist in van to scheduled locations as needed.
• Scheduling & Arrangements:
Support the arrangement of artist schedules, including coordinating rehearsals, meetings, and personal engagements. This includes maintaining detailed records and assisting with logistics.
• Research & Booking:
Conduct research on potential opportunities for the artist, including appearances, shows, interviews, and partnerships. Book necessary services and appointments as required.
• Lesson Monitoring & Support:
Assist with monitoring and coordinating artist lessons and training sessions to ensure continued professional development.
• Communication with External Staff & Members:
Serve as the key liaison between the artist, external production teams, staff, and other members. Ensure smooth communication across all parties involved.
• Production and Content Management:
Assist in the coordination and management of production schedules, content shoots, and performances, ensuring all details are addressed and executed according to plan.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing high-profile clients or artists, ideally in the entertainment or music industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Fluent in English (Korean proficiency a plus but not required).
• A valid driver's license and proficient ability to drive in Los Angeles, license with good standing.
Working Hours:
Flexible hours, based on the needs of the artist's schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
