Production Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:

JYP Entertainment is seeking a Creative Team-Production Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This position will support the development and execution of music videos, photoshoots, and other creative content. The Production Coordinator will work directly with production companies, artists, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company's creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with production companies to organize music videos, photoshoots, and related creative projects
• Research, develop, and present creative ideas and visual references for upcoming content
• Support pre-production activities including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and logistics coordination
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and artist management

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience working in creative production or in a related entertainment field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Trello, Monday.com or similar)
• Prior experience in the music, film, or fashion industry supporting creative productions
• Knowledge of budgeting and basic contract processes in a production setting
