Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, hardworking Casting Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing casting on various projects and will assist the Casting Director for all casting-related matters. This opportunity will give you the chance to be an integral member of the creative team in scouting new up and coming talent, as well as review and recommend talent for various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of directors and producers to determine a role's requirements
• Interface with various departments internally regarding the progress of casting important and newsworthy roles
• Provide feedback to the Casting Director on actor performances as well as on development notes when requested
• Manage expenditures and keep casting budget in check
• Collaborate with accounting team to set up the budgets
• Engage in sourcing activities to find suitable candidates
• Review resumes and contact suitable candidates
• Organize and coordinate auditions with the Casting Director
• Conduct interviews with candidates and evaluate their suitability for the part
• Negotiate talents' fees
• Supervise and oversee crew members
• Attend corporate and press events that involve talent and serve as a liaison between talent, their representation, and the network
• Stay updated with prevailing industry trends
Qualifications and Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of casting experience working at an independent casting office as an associate or at an agency, studio, or network at Manager level
• Experience with casting software and websites including Breakdown Services, EcoCast, Cast-It, IMDB Pro, and Studio System
• Proficiency with Zoom, Word, Excel, Outlook, basic web-savvy, PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, and specifically the K-POP industry
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends
• Excellent organizational, leadership and time management skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible hours and shifts
• Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred
• BA in film, arts, or similar relevant field
