JYP America is seeking a Visual Creative Coordinator to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. Working directly with and supporting the Next Global Group Lead, the ideal candidate combines strong visual aesthetics with exceptional organization and hands-on production support.
[Key Responsibilities]
• Support the Next Global Group Lead across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
• Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
• Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
• Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
• Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
• Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared
[Required Qualifications]
• Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
• Portfolio with wide ranged visual aesthetics with sample 2D works
• Intermediate or Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams
• Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
[Preferred Qualifications]
• Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
• Experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, media, advertising, or artist development industries
• Familiarity with wardrobe styling, glam operations, sample trafficking, and fashion production workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
