Logistics Manager

JYP America is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee domestic and international logistics operations, including fulfillment, inventory coordination, vendor management, and process improvement. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external logistics providers to support merchandise, artist activities, events, and other business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic and international inbound and outbound logistics and order fulfillment.
• Oversee 3PL, warehouse, carrier, and freight-forwarding partners.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shipment status, service levels, and operational issues.
• Coordinate shipping documentation, returns, claims, and delivery-related issue resolution.
• Review freight and logistics invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Track logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve cost, lead time, and efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams on merchandise launches, events, artist activities, and operational projects.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing 3PL providers, logistics vendors, and domestic and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping operations, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Work authorization in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
• Korean language proficiency at intermediate level or above.
• Experience in the entertainment, music, media, or live events industry.
• Experience supporting merchandise, e-commerce, retail, or consumer products.
• Experience supporting product launches, tours, events, or other time-sensitive projects.
