JYP America is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations and help drive online sales, product launches, and digital customer experience. This role will partner cross-functionally to support merchandise, albums, digital products, promotions, and broader e-commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations across JYP America's e-commerce platforms and online storefronts.
• Coordinate product setup, launches, promotions, and site updates for merchandise, albums, and digital products.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support sales forecasting, promotional planning, and e-commerce growth initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams on merchandise launches, artist campaigns, events, and digital activations.
• Help improve site experience, operational workflows, and overall e-commerce performance.
• Manage e-commerce projects and other business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, website or app operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing online storefronts, product launches, promotions, and digital sales operations.
• Ability to interpret e-commerce metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Korean language proficiency at intermediate level or above.
• E-commerce experience within the entertainment, music, media, or artist merchandise industry.
• Experience with merchandise, albums, collectibles, fan products, or digital content sales.
• Experience supporting omni-channel retail, live events, product drops, or artist-related campaigns.
Salary/Benefits
$80,000.00
