Job Description:
The office manager will provide a full range of administrative support and will add value by assisting the President, VP, and the Head of Immersive & Interactive Media. Success in this role requires proactivity and collaboration with the full JuVee team. The responsibilities of the Office Manager breakdown as follows:
Overall JuVee Responsibilities:
• Serve as receptionist during office hours
• Manage the main JuVee phone, log missed calls, maintain contacts updated
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements for three busy executives
• Setup AV needs for presentations and meetings
• Develop organizational procedures and systems for office
• Manage office's administrative needs
• Serves as back-up to other administrative assistants when necessary
• Hire interns, manage intern duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of office management and/or assistant experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must possess an excellent phone manner and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and thorough approach
• Work independently to achieve goals with a positive attitude
• Have a global perspective and appreciation for cultural differences
• At ease in fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing work environment
• In-depth knowledge of the motion picture and TV industry
