Job responsibilities will vary greatly from day to day. General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling, assisting on bookings
• Arranging travel, meetings and conference calls
• Professional runs
• General administrative organization/management
• Liaising with management, agents, PR teams
• Attending meetings, note-taking
• Constant, clear communication
We want someone who has a great instinct and sees the big picture. A people person who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get whatever needs to be done. Someone who is proactive, meticulously detail-oriented and can effectively communicate with whomever - whether it's with promoter's, agent's, management, or anyone involved with the crews day to day agenda. Someone who is great on the phone, and can get things done with style and charm. Communicable. We also look for a multitasker who can prioritize. Must be able to execute daily, routine tasks and simultaneously coordinate long term projects. Someone who is very positive minded and eager to get things done. Someone who is down to earth and cooperate well in a group setting. Someone open to traveling on the road with crew. Prior assistant experience preferred but not required.
We are looking for someone to start beginning of February and would like to start interviewing as soon as possible.
