Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Los Angeles.
To be successful in this role, you have exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating skills to support our hiring needs across the United States. You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, progressive, and a rapidly evolving environment. Complete discretion, effective written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are absolutely necessary.
This is a full-time role and is based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to prioritize and manage sourcing to build external candidate pipelines for a variety of roles including sales, marketing, production and technology
Maintain pipelines, track applicants, and generate job requisitions using BambooHR ATS
Leverage job boards including LinkedIn to source passive candidates and attract top talent
Work closely with the HR team to process new offers
Assist with processing of terminations
Assist with the preparation of the performance review process
Assist with recruitment and interview process including tracking status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up communication at the end of the process.
Schedule meetings, interviews, etc. as requested by HR department
File documents into appropriate employee files
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years' experience in a recruiting role, media experience a plus
Bachelor's degree
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills and someone who can hit the ground running
Strong social media presence with experience recruiting across social platforms
Passion to learn and understand our company principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and follow-through skills
Meticulous attention to detail is a must
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn the company's ATS (BambooHR)
Ability to learn the company's HRIS, (Bamboo) and talent management systems
