Jujamcyn Theaters is currently seeking an energetic team player to manage their human resources department.
Reporting to the CFO, this stand-alone position is responsible for managing the HR functions for all office and theatre employees.
Responsibilities:
Work with management to resolve employee relations issues including managing the investigation process when employee complaints are filed.
Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Federal and state regulations.
Ensure the company remains compliant with al Federal and state legislation including FLSA, EEO, FMLA, COBRA, etc.
Provide clarification, guidance and advice on various company policies and compliance issues.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions within the company. Create and post job descriptions, screen applicants, coordinate the interview process and make formal job offers including salary negotiations.
Take ownership of benefits administration for all eligible employees including, managing the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process. Enrolling and terminating participants from benefits plans, counseling employees on plan coverage and managing claims issues. You will also handle all reporting and notification responsibilities for each benefit plan and review monthly benefit invoices for accuracy.
Manage the onboarding/off-boarding process for executive office employees.
In collaboration with the VP of Company Operations, plan and facilitate three internship program cycles each year.
Oversee employee recordkeeping and maintenance of employee files.
Qualifications:
