We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team to manage orders and update the shopify website. It is imperative the candidate will have extensive experience in Shopify and have strong customer service skills because communicating with customers is a key aspect of the job.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be detail-oriented to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately
Regularly update the Shopify website and track inventory, shipments, ensure taxes, customs, and duties are entered correctly.
Prepare and print shipping labels
Work with packing team to ensure orders are packed correctly with correct labels & documents
Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure shipments are delivered successfully
Have proven retail and customer service experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Absolutely Must Have:
+1 year of experience in a similar role
Excellent understanding of web design to work with web developer on updating Shopify Site
Strong marketing, Shopify, and tech background
Understanding and experience in UX
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels
Knowledge of website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
