Winter Intern - Casting

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: January 2, 2025

Internship Duration: May 2, 2025

Time/Days Required: 2-3 Consecutive Days for 3-4 months

Workplace Requirements: In-Person Internship

We are looking for intelligent, able, eager-to-learn individuals to help us in the daily operations of our office. The intern is required to work 2-3 days a week in person from 10am-6pm. This is a 3-4-month commitment (January- May, 2025).

An intern's responsibilities would include:

• Answering phones/taking and relaying messages
• Acting as a liaison to agencies and unions
• Assisting in scheduling audition sessions
• Organizing submissions (headshots) for each project
• Checking in actors for auditions
• Uploading auditions to the internet
• Must be knowledgeable in computer and communication skills

Knowledge with Breakdown Express and EcoCast is encouraged, but not required.

This is an unpaid internship. If you are eligible for college credit we will work with you so that you receive it.
