About This Role
As Head of Brand Partnerships, you will lead the vision, strategy, and growth of the partnerships business, cultivating relationships with brands shaping culture and conversation. You'll help brands authentically engage with millions of people through our content.
In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of business, creativity, and culture—working closely with our Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to produce innovative and engaging branded content that fuels both business growth.
What You'll Do:
• Own and lead the brand partnerships strategy, revenue goals, and sales execution across the full partnership lifecycle
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of sales executives, account managers, and a brand partnerships creative lead
• Develop and maintain high-impact relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers to drive long-term partnership growth
• Identify new business opportunities and generate a robust pipeline of sponsorships, integrations, and custom content programs
• Lead high-impact pitches, negotiations, and partnership discussions
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to develop innovative branded content campaigns that align with both client objectives
• Identify, package, and expand content offerings across YouTube, social media, podcasts, live experiences, and emerging products
• Leverage audience insights, industry trends, and performance data to shape partnership strategies
• Partner closely with executive leadership to forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and influence the future direction of the business
Who You Are:
• 8 years of experience driving revenue through media sales, brand partnerships, branded content, or the creator economy, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
• A seller-first leader who can close strategic partnerships, build executive relationships, and develop a high-performing team
• Well-connected within the advertising and agency ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and excited to scale the partnerships business and create new revenue opportunities.
• Passionate about culture-shaping storytelling and motivated by the mission to provoke understanding and create human connection.
• Experience selling against political, social impact, or news-adjacent content is a huge plus!
Work Model
At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We're in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you'll need to be local or ready to make the move!
Salary/Benefits
$140,000 - $150,000 /year USD
OTE includes uncapped commission
