Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer based remotely. The CFO will oversee and manage the financial operations of JTY Productions, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability. Responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, securing funding through private equity and venture capital, preparing accurate financial statements, leading financial planning and reporting processes, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to drive organizational goals and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Strong candidates will have prior experience funding films quickly and effectively through private organizations and high-net worth individuals. The CFO will be credited as Executive Producer on films they have worked on.

Qualifications

Expertise in Financial Planning and Management
Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Proficiency in Finance concepts and practices
Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)
Prior Venture Capital or PE Experience Preferred
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience within niche segment
Expertise in United States and international incentive programs for film production
