Chief Of Staff
Joint Venture
Los Angeles, CAThis is a Full Time Job
The Chief of Staff makes sure Joint Venture runs at its best: Optimizing what’s working, addressing what isn't, and identifying opportunities for innovation. If you're energized by solving complex challenges, building streamlined systems, and spotting unlikely opportunities, this role is for you.
This role spans every part of the business – strategy, finance, operations, technology, and people – and requires the ability to move seamlessly across different functions and tasks. You’ll build the systems, processes, and organization that allow Joint Venture to scale; you’ll be the company's institutional knowledge keeper and analytical compass.
The ideal candidate is someone who is both strategic and scrappy, capable of thinking big while executing at a granular level. We’re looking for people who are passionate, curious, and relentless, and who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Creative Officer.
