This is a Full Time Job
ActorIndex
ActorIndex is an easy-to-use website creation tool and membership community designed by entertainment industry decision-makers to help early-career performers brand themselves professionally. We seek a talented, forward-thinking Product Manager to scale the product, expand our reach, and deepen the relationship with our market.
About the Job
In this role, you will:
• Oversee daily operations for ActorIndex and act as liaison between all members of the AI team;
• Partner with Development and Design to brainstorm new updates and solutions, and to ensure that these are prioritized and executed effectively;
• Partner with Marketing to strategize and analyze metrics, understand and anticipate the needs of AI's target market, create ongoing content and value-add offerings to our membership, and consistently refine messaging;
• Partner with our Founders to re-envision and build out a Sales program that educates the marketplace and converts more users at scale.
This is a ground-floor opportunity within a dynamic creative environment. You will be working with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs who have taken nearly a dozen startups from zero to multimillion-dollar sales. We take life and business very seriously, but never ourselves. You can expect to put a lot of energy and heart into the job, for your individuality to be highly valued, and for your contributions to be well rewarded.
About You
Our ideal Product Manger has:
• Experience running a web-based product
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Creative, outside-the-box thinking
• An eye for what is working well and what could be working better
• Some experience with Marketing
• A genuine passion for the live arts
You bring intelligence, focus, and a sense of humor to the office every day…then stay until the job is finished. You're no clock-watcher, that's for sure, and you'd be bored to death in a job that was predictable or easy. What you're really looking for is a place where you can get back in compensation and growth opportunity every ounce of energy you put in.
You think of yourself as an owner, not a doer, and, like the rest of us here, invest yourself whole-heartedly because you value the chance to do well-potentially very well-while doing good.
