Night Traffic Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job


Manages tape vault and coordinates company runners for all shipping and receiving related tasks overnight. Assists night crew with other facility- and production-related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversees and maintains multiple tape vaults containing thousands of invaluable, high-security video and audio elements
• Responsible for locating elements, such as video tapes, in company's vault system upon request
• Coordinates in-house runners and outside shipping services (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Handles incoming deliveries and distributes elements to appropriate department
• Performs data entry and manages paperwork (archive incoming and outgoing logs) of all vault related activities; provides inventory reports as needed
• Responsible for ordering tape stock and record keeping for all orders.
• Handles phones past 8 pm
• Coordinates food orders for crew members and clients
• Other various, often unusual, tasks as needed

General Requirements:
General knowledge of the post production process. Solid technical knowledge of various tape and media formats. General computer proficiency in Excel and Filemaker Pro. Ability to multi-task and perform duties quickly and accurately; detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Strong customer service ethic and ''production comes first'' mentality required.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1 -2 years experience at a Post Production Company preferred.

Certificates and Licenses Required:
Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.

Physical Requirements:
General office setting; no special requirements.
