Account Manager: Nicole Miller Philadelphia and The Bellevue
Mary Dougherty privately owns and operates both Nicole Miller Philadelphia boutiques in addition to her wholesale company, and a consulting firm, Mary K. Dougherty & Associates. Her most recent endeavor with Mary K. Dougherty & Associates has produced a number of high-profile events to benefit Nicole Miller Philadelphia, the Philadelphia fashion industry, and numerous philanthropic efforts. As her businesses have expanded, Mary has secured her reputation as a trailblazer in the City of Philadelphia.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Nicole Miller Philadelphia Events & Marketing Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning and management of Nicole Miller Philadelphia Marketing Plan, including all Nicole Miller Philadelphia related events and fashion shows
• Meet bi-weekly with individual Nicole Miller boutiques
• Oversee all branding of Nicole Miller Philadelphia and MKDA, including window displays, in store displays, merchandising, packaging, logo use, etc.
• Forges positive relationships with the Nicole Miller Corporate team
• Key branding liaison between Nicole Miller Corporate and Nicole Miller Philadelphia- including management of Nicole Miller Philadelphia social media, branding initiatives, for both retail and print/media
• Primary press responsibilities for Nicole Miller Philadelphia- writing press releases and media alerts, pitching, developing relationships with the press, securing press for events, increasing brand awareness, etc.
• Represents the company at a variety of networking opportunities in the city and uses those opportunities to drive business relationships.
The Bellevue Property Responsibilities
• Manage account responsibilities for leading Property in Philadelphia with Retail, Eatery, and Restaurant Merchants
• Cultivation of relationships with all property tenants and property management, including but not limited to vendors, merchants, and staff
• Bi-Weekly meetings and presentation of progress with property owner George Rubin
• Plan and execute themed monthly events and marketing outreach focused on driving sales and increasing visibility of The Bellevue
• Collect submissions of monthly newsletter and work with Graphic/Interactive Designer to develop content
• Oversee Bellevue Events Calendar and Website with support of Graphic/Interactive Designer
• Oversee Social Media intern to develop editorial calendar, communications, promotions and engagement of Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Instagram, Google+ using Social Media Management and Tracking software, such as Hootsuite
• Prepare monthly status reports
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have good writing skills and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as events require.
• Creativity and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Google software: Gmail, Google Drive, Gioogle Docs, Google Calendar
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Must have driver's license and use of own vehicle.
