HuffPost Job Application: HPSN Producers and Associate Producers

HPSN (Huffington Post Streaming Network) will change the way news, information and entertainment is produced and consumed - and we are looking for Segment Producers and Associate Producers in Los Angeles to be part of the revolution. Candidates must have strong journalistic and narrative abilities and must be excited to jump in and help lead the HuffPost community in live conversations that use the Huffington Post as the real-time script.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in news, entertainment and/or comedy. Experience writing or producing for digital media is highly preferred. You must be a curious thinker, and be eager to ask questions that will engage the HuffPost community in conversations about everything from politics to pop culture. You must also be an active and engaged user of social media, ideally as part of your editorial and production process.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in the news, entertainment or comedy fields
• Experience working in social media and/or digital platforms
• A demonstrated ability to work under deadline
• Passionate about booking interesting guests and community members for live conversations

Prefer local candidates in the LA area.
