This is a Full Time Job
Position Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the CFO, SVP of Accounting & Financial Administration, VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, and SVP of IT, as well as to the AP and IT teams
Core Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned by all executives, including but not limited to filing, shipping, answering phones, scheduleing, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Assist in order placement and distribution of Company mobile devices, computer hardware, and software as needed
• Reconcile monthly Corporate American Express and MasterCard purchases with receipts and corresponding Purchase Orders
• Create and route wire transfers and check requests
• Process IT invoices through eRequestor
Requirements:
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar position, wherein administrative and organizational support was provided to a high level executive (preferably in the entertainment field)
• Ability to handle administrative tasks quickly and with an extremely high degree of accuracy
• Excellent general computer and internet skills; specific proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must demonstrate good judgement
• PRoble-solving abilities for office situations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• A professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
• Good judgment, particularly with respect to confidential matters
