We have an immediate opening for an exceptional Integrated Associate Creative Director with a passion for innovative marketing and creative execution. The Associate Creative Director must have a breadth and depth of creative thinking and leadership skills demonstrated by solid experience in both the entertainment and advertising industries. You must be a conceptual thinker who understands how to tell a story across any and all media. You know the right tools for the job. You have a wealth of knowledge about entertainment marketing, brand strategy, changing demographics, media consumption patterns, the latest technologies and trends. You are a clear communicator that manages your team with inspiration not micro-management. You have a proven track record of delivering, from developing the ideas to creating the pitch deck to final execution, of integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Creative Director to manage the project-oriented creative process from concept to delivery in keeping with project scope: strategic positioning, business requirements, time-lines and budgets.
• Ability to inspire a spirit of collaboration with the client and across the organization.
• Lead a team of designers and creative thinkers in the delivery of outstanding integrated marketing projects: online advertising, social media, content creation, digital marketing, innovative OOH, experiential, promotional stunts, and business development.
• Effectively present creative work internally and externally in written form, and in person.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in a leadership role in the interactive advertising or entertainment marketing.
• Proven success in online and offline media delivered in an impressive portfolio of work.
• Expert capabilities in idea development, conceptual and tactical, with either art direction or a copy-writing background.
• Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, with ability to accurately assess & manage internal and external expectations, be it a project or a pitch.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment while meeting critical deadlines.
• Must be proactive and collaborative with strong execution and follow up skills.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and be a great team player.
• Experiential, Flash/Rich Media, Motion Graphics and/or Live-Action Experience is a plus.
