Beam Distribution & Deliverables

As part of Beam's expansion, Beam is looking for a Producer who will be responsible for processing multimedia distribution and deliverables orders for both Mill and Beam Clients. As a Beam Producer, you will assist in the day to day operation of the Distribution and Deliverables department liaising with Mill Producers, clients and suppliers across the US and International Beam Network to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client requests for encoding and tape duplication from Mill/Beam clients.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Mill personnel, clients and suppliers.
• Provide advice and guidance on technical issues to clients and Mill LA.
• Work closely with MCR and Despatch to ensure deliverables are completed quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with offices in London, New York and LA to archive and distribute media assets.
• Train users on website functions and serve as advocate/liaison to Beam Technical Support.
• Responsible for the accurate billing of completed work.
• Identify new sales opportunities within The Mill and the Los Angeles advertising community.
• Generate quotes on demand for Beam services.
Skills and Experience:
• At least 2 - 5 years relevant experience in a broadcast/digital/post-production environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong operational experience
• Able to work flexible hours as volume dictates
• Resourceful and a demonstrated ability to use initiative
• Self-starter and Pro active attitude a must
• Able to multi-task in a high pressure environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be a team player but also able to work autonomously as your direct manager will be New York based
